Jana: (long distance) Mom! The track ball on my blackberry is broken.
Me: Yeh, that happens to me sometimes, just jiggle it around a bit and it should work.
Jana: No it’s really broken
Me: Then bring it in to Verizon.
Jana: Ughhhh!

i feel like that every day,
1) how do you get to NJ? (go to mapquest)
2) how do you factor exponents (8th grade math, ugh)
3) is you bank account overdrawn? (probably)
4) i cant find something i just downloaded (its in the download folder, duh)
5) can u help me on excel? (not my forte but basics are ok)
