Now there is a question you need to ask yourself. Think about it. As you get older it becomes harder to to. Not that there we are necessarily running out of things to do that we have not done yet. It is more that we tend to become complacent. We don’t like to step outside the comfort zone too often. Life is hard enough, we tell ourselves. Status quo is really not so bad, right?
This is a challenge to go out and do something this week for the first time. It does not have to be something big, just something you have never done. Hopefully something you always wanted to do.
Let me know how it goes for you.

Hmmm. What to do? I’ll figure something out!
So I guess that sick feeling in my stomach, was normal?
You bet. Sick to your stomach in a good way.
Okay Z, I was up at my camp reunion this past weekend and I had always wanted to take a hike around the lake. A group left an hour before and I foolishly decided to set out on my own. It was almost a huge mistake! I was in the mood to walk and navigate by sense which got me terribly lost in the woods and hilly terrain; coming to dead-ends on numerous winding trails. Fortunately, it was early in the day, I had water and my phone (but no cell service in ravines). I have to admit, a little “Deliverance” panic set in after about an hour. 2 1/2 hours later a trail led me to a road where my GPS got me back to the camp. I was happy that was over.
